With a bold vision and unwavering commitment to quality, Conifer Konstruktion Nig. Ltd is carving a new path in Nigeria’s construction scene. Featured in The Guardian’s “Focus on outstanding and impactful indigenous construction companies in Nigeria,” the firm is redefining what building in Nigeria can look and feel like.
A Commitment to Quality, Reliability & Excellence
Founded and led by Engr. Okoye Chukwunonso—a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Fellow of the Integrated Institute of Professional Managers, Certified Management Consultant, and a COREN-certified engineer with an MBA and advanced project management credentials—Conifer Konstruktion stands out with a quality assurance-first approach. From meticulous planning to flawless execution, we deliver structurally sound, visually compelling projects without inflating costs.
Building Nationwide Credibility
What began in Awka has grown into a national footprint. Conifer Konstruktion has successfully completed everything from the Dr. Alex Ekwueme Parade Ground and Cenotaph to a 9,000-seater auditorium at the Deeper Life Church Complex in Awka. Our hands are now shaping structures across Awka, Owerri, Port Harcourt, and Enugu, underpinned by technical precision and timely delivery.
Embracing “Stress‑Free Construction”
Our core value is peace of mind. Conifer’s promise of “Stress‑Free Construction” means taking the burden off clients—especially those in the diaspora—through proactive management of logistics, supervision, and regulatory hurdles. Our transparent, disciplined process relieves clients of construction anxieties from start to finish.
