This week, we completed the placement of pad foundation concrete, Carpentry on Starter column formwork, Placement of starter column concrete, and fabrication and installation of tie beam reinforcement  for the duplex project.

Current Issues

• Provision of sub standard Planks for formwork.
• Planks provided got exhausted while the work was ongoing.

Resolution Actions

We propose that standard saw mill planks be procured going forward. This will ensure that all concrete works will be according to the desired specifications.
